Book Orders and Fulfillment. Certain books offered through this website may be newly released, available for preorder, backordered, or awaiting inventory from our printer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order may not be available for immediate shipment. Estimated shipping or delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly after inventory is received. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
